Section 92(3) in Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Act, 1994
(3)If, in the opinion of the Collector immediate action is necessary to suspend a resolution of any Panchayati Raj Institution on the ground that its execution is likely to cause danger to human life, health or safety of person or property or is likely to lead to a breach of the peace, he may, while making a report to the State Government for a final decision with respect to the resolution, by order in writing, suspend the resolution if it is that of a Panchayat or a Panchayat Samiti.
