Section 37(1) in The Jadavpur University Act, 1981
(1)There shall be an Election Tribunal to which shall be referred any question as to whether any person is eligible under this Act for election or nomination or has been duty elected or nominated as, or is entitled to be, a member of any authority or body of the University, and the decision of the Election Tribunal oil such question shall be final.
