Section 22(1) in West Bengal Shops and Establishments Rules, 1964
(1)No shop-keeper or employer shall knowingly employ any woman and no woman employed in a shop or establishment shall work there, during the six weeks immediately following the day on which she is delivered of a child or has a miscarriage.
