Section 13(1) in The Chartered Accountants (Election to the Council) Rules, 2006
(1)On completion of the scrutiny of the nominations, the Returning Officer shall forthwith prepare a list of valid nominations for each constituency and cause a copy of the list to be sent by registered/speed post to each candidate from that constituency who had filed his nomination:Provided that such list should be sent at least ten days before the last date of withdrawal of nominations fixed under clause (c) of sub-rule 2 of rule 4.
