Notice to respondent No.1, returnable on next date, on taking steps within two days, be issued.

Notice to respondent No.2 is served upon Ms. Vandana Kuthiala, Advocate, who seeks time to file response to the petition. Be filed within three weeks.

Copy of petition be supplied to the learned counsel for respondent No.2.

Amended memo of parties be filed within one week.

Notice in aforesaid terms. In the meanwhile, operation and execution of impugned order dated 4.12.2021, passed by Motor Accident Claims Tribunal­1, Kullu, in Execution Petition No.163 of 2019, titled Ankush Kapoor Vs. Oriental Insurance Company is stayed till next date of hearing.
