Section 25(1) in Rajasthan Public Procurement Rules, 2012
(1)A procurement plan is to be prepared by every procuring entity for each of the item of goods, works or services to be procured during the year, based on the sanctions and allocation of budget. This is to ensure timely execution and monitoring of bid processes.
