Section 154(1) in Himachal Pradesh Co-Operative Societies Rules, 1971
(1)These rules shall replace the previous rules made under the Himachal Pradesh Co-operative Societies Act, 1956 and the Punjab Co-operative Societies Act, 1961 (as applicable to Himachal Pradesh in accordance with the Punjab Reorganisation Act, 1966).
