PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India,
praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider
the petitioners also for appointment to the post of Lab Technician Grade III
and appoint them in the vacancies notified by the 4th respondent dated Nil, if
they are otherwise eligible without rejecting their claim on the basis of the
maximum age limit as the prescription of the maximum age limit is
unconstitutional and ultravires.
