Section 16(5) in The National Law University Orissa Act, 2008
(5)Notwithstanding anything contained in Sub-section (3) or Subsection (4), the Chancellor shall have power to amend, after consultation with the State Government, whether by adding, deleting, or in any other manner, the Statutes contained in the Schedule.
