Section 17(1) in The West Bengal Khadi And Village Industries Board Act, 1959
(1)The Board may in each year, by such date and in such form as may be prescribed, prepare and submit to the State Government for its approval two separate budgets for the following year to be called the Khadi Budget and the Village Industries Budget showing the estimated receipt and expenditure in respect of khadi industries and village industries, respectively, during that year.
