46. Transitional Powers.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, the first members of the Court, the Executive Council and the Academic Council shall be nominated by the Chancellor and they shall hold office for a period not exceeding three years as may be provided in each case in the Statutes to be framed under section 38.
