Section 3(3) in The Rajasthan Land Reforms and Acquisition of Land Owners Estates Act, 1963
(3)The amount of the land revenue payable under sub-section (1) shall be equal to one-forth of the rental income from the estate as determined in accordance with the provisions of sections 4 and 5.
