Section 32(1) in The Orissa Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation Act, 1980
(1)For the furtherance of the objects of this Act the State Government may, upon such conditions as may be agreed upon between the Government and the Corporation, place at the disposal of the Corporation any land vested in the State Government.
