29. Suits for possession not otherwise provided for.
- In a suit for possession of immovable property not otherwise provided for, fee shall be computed on the market value of the property or on [rupees one thousand] [Substituted by Act 13 of 1982 w.e.f. 1.4.1982.], whichever is higher.
