9. Allotting Authority.
- For lands reserved in the Rajasthan Canal Project Area and the Bhakra Project Area, the Colonisation Commissioner, Rajasthan and for lands reserved in the Chambal Project Area, the Collectors shall be the authority competent to allot lands under these rules, after such summary enquiry, if any, as may be necessary.
