- Immediately after expiry of the time specified for receipt of nomination papers on the dates fixed for that purpose, the Returning Officer or such other authorized person shall publish at his office in Urdu, Hindi and English/local language a list in Form HPWB-VII of all the nominations received, with a notice that the nomination papers shall be taken up by the Returning Officer for scrutiny at the specified place, the date and the time.
