Section 59(6) in The Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2005
(6)If the report or information obtained in terms of the above clauses or any part thereof is proposed to be relied upon by the Commission in forming its opinion or view in any proceedings, the parties in the proceedings shall be given a reasonable opportunity for filing objections and making submissions on the report or information.
