ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the 2nd respondent.
2. The present Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner in C.C. No.360 of 2016 on the file of the III Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tirupathi.

3. Though several grounds are raised in the Criminal Petition for quashing the proceedings, at the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner confined arguments to the relief of dispensing with the appearance of the petitioner before the Trial Court.
4. Considering the submissions made, without going into merits of the case, the Criminal Petition is disposed of, dispensing with the appearance of the petitioner/Accused No.4 in C.C. No.360 of 2016 on the file of the III Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tirupathi, except on the dates when it is necessary. Miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
