1. This miscellaneous petition seeks issuance of Legal Heirship Certificate, under Section 2 of the Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827, in respect of the deceased-husband of the petitioner. The deceased is survived by the petitioner's widow and two daughters.
2. The petition contains averments to the effect that the parents of the deceased predeceased the deceased and apart from the two daughters mentioned in the petition, there were no other children or legal heirs. Both the daughters are major. They have consented to the grant of Legal Heirship Certificate by affirming their affidavits-of-consents dated 29 th August 2019 and 3rd September 2019, respectively, which are annexed to the petition.
