Section 1 in Puducherry Protection of Interests of Depositors in Financial Establishments Act, 2004
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Puducherry Protection of Interests of Depositors in Financial Establishments Act, 2004.(2)It extends to the whole of the Union territory of Puducherry.(3)It shall come into force at once.
