Section 9(1) in The Rajasthan Colonisation (Allotment and Sale of Government Land in the Indira Gandhi Canal Colony Area) Rules, 1975
(1)After fixing the time and date for inviting applications for allotment and preparing the lists in accordance with Rule 8, the Allotting Authority shall issue a public notice in Form II under its signatures inviting applications for allotment within the time fixed therein, which shall not be less than 30 days of the date of such notice.
