Section 81(1) in Unique Identification Authority of India (Salary, Allowances and other Terms and Conditions of Service of Employees) Regulations, 2020
(1)Without prejudice to the provisions of regulation 80, no employee of the Authority may be deputed to serve under any other employer without the approval of the Competent Authority who shall determine the duration of such deputation and the terms and conditions on which the deputation shall take effect:Provided that no employee may be deputed to foreign service against his will.
