Section 79(1) in Delhi Prisons (Transfer of Prisoner, Labour and Jail Industry, Food, Clothings and Sanitation) Rules, 1988
(1)No prisoner shall conceal, waste or transfer to any other prisoner, any article of food or drink at any time supplied to him and every prisoner shall consume his food at the times prescribed for the purpose.
