145. Arrangement in order-sheet and Judge's signatures.
- There shall be a separate entry in the order-sheet for each distinct order or event. Each separate entry shall bear a serial number.The Judge shall put his initials on the order-sheet to signify its accuracy and correctness :(a)where an entry is the only record of an order or important event, after such entry;(b)otherwise, after the last entry of each day.
