Section 46 in The Gujarat Fire Prevention and Life Safety Measures Act, 2013
46. Officers and employees to be public servant.
- Every officer or employee shall, when acting or purporting to act in pursuance of the provisions of this Act or of any rule or regulation made thereunder, shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860).
