Section 16(3) in Bihar Urban Local Body (Community Participation) Rules, 2013
(3)A person shall be disqualified for being as a member of the Ward Committee under clause (b) of sub- rule (2) if under the provisions of these rules or any other law for the time being in force, he would be disqualified for being elected as a member of a municipality.
