Section 42(1) in Uttarakhand Agricultural produce Marketing (Development and regulation) Act, 2011
(1)State Government may by notification declare any market area as 'Special Market' or 'Special Commodity Market' after consideration of such aspects as turnover, serving large area and special infrastructure requirements of particular commodity, to be operated in addition to the existing market.
