Section 500(1) in The Orissa Municipal Corporation Act, 2003
(1)Integrated Corporation Development Plan (ICDP) as outlined under Section 499 shall be updated and reviewed in every three years and the overall plan shall have to be implemented through Annual Action Plans and budget allocations shall accordingly be made.
