Section 142(1) in The Delhi Co-Operative Societies Act, 2003
(1)If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may by order, do any thing not inconsistent with such provisions of this Act for the purpose of removing the difficulties :Provided that no such order shall be made under this section after the expiry of two years from the commencement of this Act.
