The Court :- At the instance of the petitioner, the Special Officer was appointed in the application. The Special Officer has submitted his report on July 15, 2014 and the same be kept on record. The petitioner submitted that he did not want to proceed with the application.
In such circumstances, GA No. 1762 of 2013 is dismissed for non prosecution without any order as to costs. All interim orders are vacated.
