34. Power of State Government to give directions.
(1)The State Government may issue directions to the Apex Authority, Regional Development Authority or any agency or entity connected with the activities under this Act or to any person or body involved in the development, operation and implementation of the projects in the Special Investment Region or connected therewith.(2)Every direction issued by the State Government under sub-section (1), shall be binding to the respective authority, Regional Development Authority, agency, entity, body or person.
