Section 35 in THE ANDHRA PRADESH FISHERIES UNIVERSITY ACT, 2020
35. Removal from membership of any Authority -
The Board of Management shall remove any person from the membership of any Authority on the ground that such person was convicted of an offence involving moral turpitude.
