Section 20(4) in Right of children to Free and compulsory Education Rules, 2011
(4)Commissioner, Rajay Shiksha Kendra, shall be the Member Secretary of the council. The Secretary, School Education and the Secretary, Tribal Welfare shall be special invitees, if they are not members.
