Section 100 in West Bengal Co-operative Societies Rules, 2011
100. Liability to furnish information.
Every officer and every member of a Co-operative society shall furnish such information in regard to the transactions or workings of the society, as may be required of him by the Registrar, an audit officer, arbitrator, liquidator or any person conducting an inspection or enquiry under Chapter X of the Act.
