Section 63(4) in Chhattisgarh Rajya Gramin Bank (Officers and Employees) Service Regulations, 2013
(4)No pay and allowances are admissible during the period of extraordinary leave and the period spent on such leave shall not count for increment:Provided that where the Competent Authority is satisfied that sanction of extraordinary leave was necessitated on account of illness or any other reason beyond the control of officer or employee, he may direct that the period of extraordinary leave would count for increment.
