Section 12(1) in Rajasthan Nurses, Midwives, Health Visitors and Auxiliary Nurse-Midwives Registration Act, 1964
(1)The Council shall, as soon as conveniently may be, after the commencement of this Act and from time to time as occasion may require, make orders for regulating the maintenance of-(a)a register of registered nurses,(b)a register of midwives,(c)a register of registered health visitors, and(d)a register of auxiliary nurse-midwives,arranged in several parts in which the persons to be registered shall be classified in keeping with their qualifications.
