against the order of the Court of the Special Judge for trial and Disposal of Commercial
Disputes, Visakhapatnam made in CAOP.No. 18/2019 dt. 05-09-2019.

Petition under Section 151 of CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to grant stay of all further
proceedings before the 2"? Respondent in respect of disputes between the Petitioner and the 1°
Respondent arising out of Letter of Acceptance dated 24-08-2013, pending disposal of
CRP No. 3148 of 2019 on the file of the High Court.
