Section 3(1)(s) in Bihar Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Rules, 1985

(s)"Warehouse" means any place or premises licensed or established by the Commissioner of Excise and " Warehouse Officer" means any Excise Officer incharge of such Warehouse.
