Section 44(1) in Agriculture University, Jodhpur Act, 2013
(1)The authorities of the University may make Regulations consistent with this Act and the Statutes for,-(i)laying down the procedure for their meetings and the number of members required to form the quorum;(ii)providing for matters which by this Act and the Statutes are to be regulated by Regulations; and(iii)providing for any other matter solely concerning the authority and not provided for by this Act and the Statutes.
