Section 69(2) in The Gujarat Water Supply and Sewerage Board Act, 1978
(2)The Board shall also furnish to the State Government at such times and in such form and manner as the State Government may direct such statistics and returns and such particulars in regards to any proposed or existing activities of the Board or any other matter under the control of the Board as the State Government may, from time to time, require.
