This civil revision petition is filed aggrieved by the order dated 08.06.2016 passed in I.A.No.200 of 2015 in O.S.No.119 of 2013 by the learned Junior Civil Judge at Kollapur.
2. The case status placed by the Registry before this Court reveals that the subject O.S.No.200 of 2015 was disposed of on 24.04.2023.
3. Since the main Suit itself was disposed of, the cause in the civil revision petition does not survive for adjudication.
4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
