Section 85(1) in Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University Act, 2014
(1)A committee shall be constituted every year for each University school for the purpose of preparing lists of persons for appointment as University examiners, and the committee shall consist of-(a)the Vice-Chancellor, ex officio Chairman;(b)the Head of concerned University school;(c)two members, nominated by Executive Council;(d)one member, nominated by Academic Council;(e)one member, nominated by the Planning and Evaluation (Monitoring) Board; and(f)the Chairman of the Board of Studies in the particular subject.
