100. Security for costs to be deposited with Nazir.
- When party has been ordered to furnish security for costs, such security shall be furnished either in cash or by the deposit and transfer of Government securities or other approved securities for the amount ordered by the Court. Such cash or security shall be deposited with the Nazir.
