Section 28(2)(i) in The Wild Life (Protection) (Orissa) Rules, 1974

(i)A student shall be admitted on payment of Rs.20 (rupees twenty) only for Similipal Tiger Reserve and Rs.10 (rupees ten) only for other Sanctuary and National Park (except Nandankanan).
