Section 61 in The Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Act, 2007
61. Penalty for contravention of Act, rules and bye-laws.
- Any person who contravenes any provisions of this Act or of any rule or bye-laws or order issued thereunder shall be punishable with simple imprisonment which may extend to six months or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees or with both.
