Section 15(1) in The Bihar Maintenance of Public Order Act, 1949
(1)Any Officer of Government authorised in this behalf by general or special order of the [State] [Substituted by A. L. O.] Government may, within such area as may be specified in the order, require any male person in that area to assist in the maintenance or restoration of law and order or in the protection of property for such period and in such manner as the officer may direct.
