Section 10(ix) in The Rajasthan Judicial Service Rules, 1955
(ix)[ Notwithstanding anything contained contrary in these rules, in the case of persons serving in connection with the affairs of the State in substantive capacity, the upper age limit shall be 40 years] [Added vide Notification No. F. 19 (81) Jud/74 dated 24-7-1975.].
