Section 40(2) in Bihar Sports (Registration, Recognition and Regulation of Associations) Act, 2013
(2)If any society fails to comply with the provisions of sub section (1) and such society has not opted to be registered under the provision of this Act, such society shall cease to have any existence under the provisions of this Act.
