Section 6(1)(iv) in Maharashtra Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Boards Act, 1965

(iv)Two members nominated by the State Government, from amongst the representatives of the managing bodies of secondary schools and junior colleges recognised by the Divisional Boards in the Division, of whom one shall be the representative of the managing bodies of junior colleges.
