(6)The Developer shall maintain a proper account of the import or procurement, consumption and utilization of goods [and services] [Inserted by Notification No. G.S.R. 909(E), dated 19.9.2018 (w.e.f. 10.2.2006).] and submit quarterly and half-yearly returns to the Development Commissioner in Form E for placing the same before the Approval Committee for consideration.
